Breathe. You are allowed to begin again.
Rise & Exhale is a peer support community for South African women deciding whether to rebuild the marriage, rebuild themselves, or both.
I know this road from the inside.
The anger. The second-guessing. The nights of replaying every conversation. And the long, slow walk from resentment to acceptance.
I started Rise & Exhale so that no woman has to make that walk alone. Here, the focus is on you: who you are, what you need, and what you want next. It isn't about what he did.
Staying is a valid outcome. So is leaving. Wherever you land, you deserve to get there with a clear head and people in your corner.
“Someone can be a difficult husband and still be the father your children need. Two things can be true.”
Start wherever you are.
A free listening session
30 minutes, one to one, just you and me. For many women it is the first time they have said any of this out loud. No advice unless you ask for it.
